Small Slope Concrete Front Tornado / Storm Shelter - 5'x7'x6'2" | $3,800

This is our smallest slope front unit. It holds 5 to 7 people comfortably. It comes with a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door shock, and two 6" vents. This shelter can be installed with smaller equipment and is ideal for in city limit houses with smaller yards. For installation it will need 9'of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height. This unit has a bit more of concrete and steel around the doorframe compared to the other models.

Medium Slope Front Concrete Tornado / Storm Shelter - 6'x8'x6'2" | $3,750

This is our medium sized slope front unit. It holds 6 to 8 people comfortably. It comes with a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door shock, and two 6" vents.. For installation it will need 9.5' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.

Jumbo Slope Front Concrete Tornado / Storm Shelter - 6'8"x10'x6'2" | $4,950

This is our jumbo sized slope front unit. It holds 12-15 people comfortably. It comes with a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door shock, a 6" vent and 8" wind turbine. For installation it will need 9.5' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.

EZ Access Slope Front Concrete Tornado / Storm Shelter - 4'6"x11'x5'10" | $3,950

This is our EZ Access slope front unit. It has concrete steps poured into it instead of metal steps. It is ideal for seniors, people with mobility issues, or large dogs. It comes with a single handrail on its steps; a gas operated door shock, and two 6" vents. For installation it will need 9.5' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.
